Battery JumpStart
When your car battery is drained (low voltage), or flat (no voltage), you need a battery jump start. You can jump-start the battery on your own if you have the basic knowledge to do so, or you can request our car jump start service to safely start your vehicle. We provide a safe car jump start service for any vehicle, large or small. Our car jump start service is a roadside assistance feature available in the Ottawa area.
Battery Replacement
Please call us to discuss the options available for your new car battery.
1. We usually supply our valued customers with batteries from Canadian Tire. We will establish during our telephone conversation the type of battery you need, and the price range. Please note that we will not charge additional fees when we pick up your battery from the store. You will get the store receipt and the warranty that comes with it from the retailer where the battery was purchased from.
2. If you already have a new battery and just want us to install it, please disregard the step above.
3. We will attend your location and install your new car battery.
4. The service fee is due to be paid online when the request was placed.
5. Please note that our car battery replacement service does not always include the disposal of your old battery. It will be your responsibility to dispose of the old battery once the service is completed. We could dispose it for you, for a fee.
